Map Creator Licence & Revenue-Share

1. What this is

This applies when your map is first integrated into IRONICS, and it sits alongside the Creator Economy Agreement — both apply to a map creator. You accept a specific, versioned copy of it, and we record which version.

2. The licence you grant

You grant C12 AI Gaming a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, operate, run, rotate, update, adapt for technical integration, and — if needed — retire your map within IRONICS. You keep ownership of your map, and because the licence is non-exclusive you may use or license it elsewhere.

Carnival 12 AI DAO holds the reserved collective rights over the integrated economy and final approval over what is integrated and how it rotates.

3. Your revenue share

While your map is live and this Agreement is in force, you earn 15% of the net revenue your map generates, paid monthly in closed-loop, non-cashable Volts, and split among co-authors by the shares you agree between you.

"Net revenue" of a map means C12 AI Gaming's house share attributable to that map — the house rake from matches played on it, in-map sponsorship attributable to it, and the house-net of item sales attributable to it — after excluding activity our anti-abuse safeguards flag as wash or collusive self-play. It is computed exactly as the platform computes it. As each revenue source is connected, your statement shows the components that apply; until then, only house rake from matches contributes.

4. When royalties begin — the conditions

Map-creator royalties are an Alpha program. Payouts stay switched off until all of the following are true: the C12 economy has been through its planned launch reset (so nothing earned in the beta is wiped out from under you); the Virtual Currency Terms are in force; and our anti-abuse safeguards — the checks that stop a map's rake being farmed by collusive self-play — are active and trusted.

Until then, statements are a record of how the model would compute, not money owed, and nothing pays out. Royalties are always closed-loop, non-cashable Volts — an in-economy reward for your work, never a cash balance, a security, or a promise of income.

5. Statements, resets and disputes

You receive a monthly statement you can review. If you think a statement is wrong, you have 60 days from it to raise it with us, and we will look into it and explain the outcome; absent a raised dispute, a statement is treated as final for that month.

Where an accrued balance exists across a planned currency reset, we tell you in advance how it is carried, so nothing is silently wiped.

6. Ending, and law

Either of us may end this Agreement: you by asking us to retire your map (subject to a reasonable wind-down and buyers already holding related items), us for a breach or on reasonable notice. On termination we settle any accrued, payable, non-disputed closed-loop balance for periods the royalty program was live, and stop further accrual.

This Agreement is governed by the law of, and disputes are heard in, the home jurisdiction of C12 AI Gaming, without affecting mandatory rights your local law gives you. A material change publishes a new version and asks you to accept it again.
